Sneak in this 30 min session targeting the core, back and glutes and energize the whole body.

Props needed for class tbd: yoga mat (or something soft & supportive under knees), light weights, yoga blocks. Don’t worry if you don’t have any of these props, just bring yourself. You can also check out my Shop for links to fitness products I recommend.

To sign up for class: Send fee to my Cash App or Venmo with your email, the name and date of specific class in description. You will be sent a Google Meet link up to 24H before class with any extra details.
